Prana Physical Therapy & Wellness is currently seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor PT to join their team on a part-time/ per-diem basis
Hourly Per Diem Rate: Depends on Experience
Role: The hired PFPT will independently evaluate clients that need pelvic floor PT, formulate a plan of care, and provide services. Our team provides services using different models: In person, or tele-therapy/ hybrid model. The therapist will work with the client, decide what’s best for the client, and be willing to provide the service accordingly.

We provide 90-minute evaluation and 60 minute 1:1 session to every client
This is as a cash-based practice. Our focus is to provide top notch class customer service and build true long-lasting relationships with our clients/ their friends and families rather than struggling with billing and insurance companies.
The right candidate will have complete flexibility in choosing the number of hours they would like to work- and there will be no pressure ever, to take on more that they would like. 

Experience and Requirements:

• Active PT license to practice in the state of NJ
• At least 1+ year of hands-on Pelvic Floor PT experience. Must have taken or be willing to take PFPT continuing courses as needed to be able to confidently work with clients (ask about our Education reimbursement programs).
• Be a confident, experienced, and independent clinician, passionate about working within the Pelvic Floor PT specialty
• Support and contribute to Prana’s mission and vision – believe in holistic, integrative, and personalized treatment at the highest level of care
• Build lasting relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and empathy
• Provide exceptional client experience and expert level care during phone consultations, evaluations, follow-up sessions and follow-up phone calls.
• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge of working in a private practice
• Keep record of client interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Physical Therapy Assistant:

We are in search of a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. 

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a PTA in New Jersey State
• Must possess hands on  experience in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy At least 1+ year of hands-on  Pelvic Floor PT experience. Herman Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or APTA  Pelvic Health Level 1 is a must with commitment to pursue PRPC (ask about our Education reimbursement programs)
• Be a confident, experienced,  and independent clinician, passionate about working within the Pelvic Floor PT specialty
• Yoga certification would be a huge plus

• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge of working in a private practice.
• Keep record of client interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.

 Responsibilities:

• PTA provides comprehensive Pelvic Floor PT treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
• Physical Therapist Assistant documents the patient’s daily participation and progress on progress notes in an accurate and timely fashion and obtains the co-signature of the PT.
• Physical Therapist Assistant adheres to all other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
