For Women’s Day, I will be presenting “Meet Your Pelvic Floor” at the Metuchen Edison Women’s Club, guiding women through hands-on strategies to connect with, relax, and strengthen their pelvic floor while exploring movement and self-care in a fun, supportive environment.
